SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

March 25, 2026

Dear BitsFlowCloud Users,

To optimize our global resource layout and concentrate our efforts on providing more long-term competitive services, we are making business adjustments to certain regions with excessive operating costs and poor resource efficiency. Effective from 0:00 (UTC) on April 16, 2026, we will officially terminate all services in the US-Fremont and Germany-Frankfurt-EPYC9 regions.

Affected IP Ranges:

82.139.215.x
23.142.204.x
23.140.140.x
108.165.23.x

1. Core Timeline & Required Actions

  • Service Termination Time: April 16, 2026, 0:00 (UTC).
  • Effective Immediately: New purchases and renewals for the aforementioned regions have been closed. Existing services can be used until the termination time.
IMPORTANT: Data Backup

Please make sure to back up and migrate all your business data in these regions before the service termination. After the termination, the related servers will be cleared, and data cannot be recovered.

2. Compensation & Refund Plan Details

We are well aware of the inconvenience this may cause, so we have developed a compensation plan that exceeds our standard policy. You may choose one of the following two options:

RECOMMENDED

High-Value Account Balance

135% of remaining value
Note: Balance refunds will deduct the value of previously compensated time.

We will credit 135% of the remaining value of your current service (calculated accurately by day) to your account balance.

  • Instant arrival
  • No usage threshold
  • Valid for any global service

Cash / Original Route Refund

110% of remaining value
Note: Cash refunds will deduct the value of previously compensated time.

(Rounded to nearest whole number). Refund deadlines based on tier:

  • Tier M: By April 30, 2026
  • Tier XL: By May 20, 2026
  • Tier L: By June 10, 2026
  • Tier S: By June 30, 2026
Routes:
Stripe: Original route.
Alipay: Submit QR code via ticket.
Crypto: Not supported (145% balance compensation).

3. Adjustment Background & Future Services

This deprecation is mainly based on commercial sustainability considerations: 1) Continuous losses and unbalanced cost structures in the aforementioned regions; 2) Significant increases in global hardware prices (especially memory and hard drives), exacerbating cost pressures.

Saying goodbye to old services is to return in a better shape. We are deploying replacement nodes based on new hardware platforms with better energy efficiency:

US Central - Kansas

Expected early April
AMD EPYC 7003

Germany - Nuremberg

Expected early May
AMD Ryzen 9

4. How to Get a Refund

If your service is located in the aforementioned regions where service will be terminated, please submit a ticket at ccp.bitsflow.cloud using the format below:
